5 Week Yin Yoga Series
LET IN THE LIGHT
In this 5 week Yin Yoga Series we’ll be exploring Yin poses that target the spine, torso and hips.
As the days shorten and the nights get colder, we’ll gather on the mat 5 Wednesday evenings in November and December to calm our nervous systems, dive deep within and focus our attention towards letting go of whatever no longer serves us.
This workshop series will focus on long, supported holds to crack open the spine, center the mind and calm you down as we prepare the body for a restful sleep.
If you suffer from stress, burnout, depression due to darker days, bad sleep habits or simply could use a grounding and nurturing practice before bed in these hectic times, this workshop series is for you.
Join me on the mat from anywhere in the world from 8-9PM ET on Zoom the following Wednesdays:

What do you need available in order to practice these sessions:
2 blocks
1 bolster (or large folded duvet as substitute)
1 strap (a scarf or even belt works as a substitute)
1 Blanket
Wall space
Yoga mat and comfortable clothes/socks (layering encouraged, it can get a little chilly)
