5 Week Yin Yoga Series: Let in the light

As the days shorten and the nights get colder, we’ll gather on the mat 5 Wednesday evenings in November and December to calm our nervous systems, dive deep within and focus our attention towards letting go of whatever no longer serves us.

This workshop series will focus on long, supported holds to crack open the spine, center the mind and calm you down as we prepare the body for a restful sleep.

If you suffer from stress, burnout, overwhelm, bad sleep habits or simply could use a grounding and nurturing practice in these hectic times, this workshop series is for you.

What do you need in order to practice these sessions:

2 blocks

1 bolster (or large folded duvet as substitute)

1 strap (a scarf or even belt works as a substitute)

1 Blanket

Pillows (small, medium, large- whatever you have available)

Yoga mat

Comfortable clothes/socks  (layering encouraged, it can get a little chilly)
