What do you need in order to practice these sessions:
2 blocks
1 bolster (or large folded duvet as substitute)
1 strap (a scarf or even belt works as a substitute)
1 Blanket
Pillows (small, medium, large- whatever you have available)
Yoga mat
Comfortable clothes/socks (layering encouraged, it can get a little chilly)
